Yoga courses in Helsinki and Tampere

Courses of classical yoga include a multiple range of yoga exercises and related theoretical teaching. Each class of two hours includes asana practice and a teaching of a new practice or subject. The teaching continues for several years.

New courses are starting in September 2009 and they will be open until December (and then continue with the same group and teacher).

Tampere: (Palomäentie 25) on Tuesdays (16:30-18:30) starting on
September 1st.
Turku: (Yliopistonkatu 26) on Wednesdays (16:45-18:45) starting on September 2nd.

1 month 46 eur 54 eur 27 eur
3 months 107 eur 134 eur 67 eur

The course fee is paid in cash at the beginning of the first class of the month or in advance in Natha’s bank account (please take the receipt with you). Getting to know yoga system takes more than one class; because of this the minimum payment is for one month. If you want, you can with the same payment take part in several yoga classes having the same level or which have started later than your own group.

Natha is non-profit association based on voluntary work.

How to act

Sign up in advance by phone or by e-mail. For the class, you need only comfortable clothes - the yoga mattresses are in the school. Avoid eating a heavy meal in 2-3 hours before a yoga class.
